Our process
Four steps to a launched CE business.
Every business we help launch moves through the same four steps, in the same order. The Launch Accelerator curriculum guides each one, you move at your own pace, and most members launch in 30–90 days.
The four steps
30–90 days
- Identify your value proposition
- Build the infrastructure of the CE business
- Create the course
- Add CE accreditation
- Then you launch.
We help you
Identify your value proposition
Every successful CE business starts with a real problem. You already have knowledge your colleagues need—the first step is finding the problem you’re unusually equipped to solve, and the result you can help create. That’s your value proposition.
Before you build anything, the curriculum has you pressure-test the idea and validate that people will pay for the answer. You end up building a course people have a reason to buy—not a pile of content hoping to find an audience.
In the curriculum
- Define the professional problem and audience
- Create and pressure-test the course idea
- Validate demand before committing to the full build

Build the infrastructure of the CE business
A course business runs on real infrastructure: a website, sales pages, email automations, enrollment systems, and a place to host the course. You don’t have to assemble any of it: ProCourseSoft comes with your membership, set up and ready on day one.
That matters, because the technical setup is where most course businesses stall. Your customers only care whether you can solve their problem. ProCourseSoft exists so your time goes there, not into the plumbing.
In the curriculum
- Create the website, sales pages, and content
- Set up the customer and enrollment systems
- Build the operating foundation in ProCourseSoft

Create the course
This is where your expertise becomes the product. The curriculum takes you from outline to finished modules, built around one clear outcome instead of everything you know.
AI carries the heavy lifting of planning and production, so the build takes focused weeks—not a year of evenings.
In the curriculum
- Build the course from outline through final modules
- Add CE/CME credit when it strengthens the offer
- Use A.I. to streamline planning and production

Add CE accreditation
Accreditation turns a good course into continuing education your colleagues can claim credit for—and it’s usually the part that intimidates people most. Through our joint accreditation provider partnership, your course can award recognized credit while you keep ownership of the course, the content, and the audience.
It’s optional—some courses are stronger with credit, some don’t need it—and members get exclusive discounted accreditation pricing.
How the partnership works
- You create the course, the content, and the audience.
- ProCourseStart guides the process, preparation, and support.
- Our accreditation partner provides the accreditation and certificates.
Eleven recognized credit types

After step four
Then you launch.
The last stretch of the curriculum turns everything you’ve built into a route to market: an audience around the problem you solve, a marketing plan for the course and the business, and a focused path to launch inside the 30–90 day window.
The method ends there, on purpose—at a launched business that’s yours. A course that’s built, accredited if you want it, and selling on infrastructure you own. Everything after that runs on what these four steps set up; none of it has to be rebuilt to keep going.
